I can’t say enough positive things about Kristin! We had the pleasure of working with her to buy and sell a home. Both experiences definitely had their rough patches and Kristin was such an encouraging, knowledgeable, and helpful agent throughout the processes. She helped us look for homes and do virtual tours while my husband and I were in 2 separate time zones both hundreds of miles outside of Michigan. She helped us work through difficult mortgage and seller issues. She also helped us navigate the sale of our home while mother nature caused multiple issues. Sometimes it seemed like the universe was continually testing us and her– and she never flinched! Only provided tips and advice while calming our very anxious minds. I would highly recommend her to absolutely anyone.

Kristin was very knowledgeable & helpful throughout the entire home buying experience. She showed me many homes that were of interest & eventually we found my dream home. Kristin was always available to answer questions / arrange viewings at moments notice. The process of looking / buying a home can be a range of emotion, from excited to frustrating to eager, but Kristin always showed support & a sense of calmness. She always had a friendly demeanor & can-do attitude which was refreshing. I would highly recommend Kristin.

Kristin was such a wonderful realtor! She was respectful of our budget, while also conscious of the market and the competitive nature of buying and selling homes. She would meet with us days, nights, and weekends to ensure that we got to see every home that interested us. She even drove to areas outside of our initial “bubble” to satisfy our curiosity. I really could not have asked for a better realtor to help walk us through our first home buying experience.
On a personal note, Kristin was kind, funny, and really turned into a friend throughout the process. Buying a house can really be an emotional process, and it was nice to have her encouraging input and kind words.

Kristin was so much fun to work with!!! She got as excited as we did about the homes we viewed, and quickly picked up on the things we were looking for in a home. Based on her observations of us, she was quick to point out things we probably would get annoyed by later, or make sure we saw things she knew we would really like. She made herself available any time we needed to talk things through and offered her opinion when it was appropriate. If she did not have the answer, she knew who we could contact to get the information. Kristin really made looking for a home fun. I would totally use her in the future, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an agent. – Sarah H

Kristin was amazing to work with. She truly cares about her clients! My husband and I must of asked her a million questions and never once did she make us feel like those questions were stupid or that we were bothering her. She was there every step of the process and was easy to get ahold of! Even going all summer and fall looking for a house she never gave up on us and was always checking in.
